Modern Cottage Contemporary Furnishings - Mountain Views 2 Bed 1 Bath (3) The space Guests will enjoy a modern structure with a beautifully decorated contemporary space. The main area of the interior has an open concept with high ceilings complete with southern facing windows and large glass slider to take advantage of the area views. In the great room you will find a loveseat, two chairs, and a flat screen smart television with YouTube TV to keep up on the latest shows and sports. The kitchenette has granite countertops, a two-burner stove, convection microwave and mini refrigerator (3.1 cu. ft.). It is stocked with dishes, serving bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils and other basic items for preparing small meals. Each cottage can accommodate up to six guests with our king master suite on the main level and our upstairs loft with two queen beds. The walk-in glass shower and heated mirror provide guests with all of the comforts as you get ready for the day ahead. Our outdoor space features a deck with two adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the beautiful morning sunrise. In the evening, you can enjoy our common area fire pit with a glass of wine while watching the lights of the city below. We have also recently added a charcoal grill and a hammock to enjoy the peaceful setting. The cabin is located in Sevierville, Tennessee approximately 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. These cottages will be great if you are hiking The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, visiting Dollywood, reconnecting with family or just enjoying a relaxing stay in the mountains. The cottage provides the perfect mountain getaway. At an elevation of 2,077 feet, the property provides panoramic views of the majestic mountains, a nighttime view of the lights of Pigeon Forge, and a glimpse of the seasonal fireworks show at Dollywood. We share the scenic property with the Trillium Wedding Venue, where celebrations occasionally take place. Events conclude by 10:00 PM each night. To access the property, the drive will take you up the mountain and on winding roads with some breathtaking views along the way. Utopia Way, our drive and all parking spaces are paved for ease of access. However, a four wheel drive may be necessary to travel on the mountain roads during the winter months of the year. Guest access Guests will use a lock box to access the key for the cottage. The cottage has two parking spaces available.
