And don't forget the historical bath houses and our great entertainment including Oaklawn Casino and Horse Racing! The space When you stay at our condo, you will have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the main floor bedroom and a king bed in the loft upstairs. There are closets in both bedrooms. The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as part of your check-in instructions. There is one designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in and additional parking at the back if needed. Cozy Lakefront Condo is located on the 2nd floor (top-level), so there will be one set of stairs to climb to enter this unit. Guest access We try to make the check-in process as simple and smooth as possible. The condo has a keyless entry. All you need is the front door code, which you will receive a few hours before your check-in time. You will receive the gate code with your check-in instructions as well. Other things to note CONDO LAYOUT: As you enter the condo, the first bedroom is on your left. Here you will find a queen bed with a tv. Continuing down the hall, you will find the bathroom on your left and then walk into the kitchen. This condo has an open concept, so the kitchen opens right into the living room. You will love the open layout and the amazing views of the lake! Upstairs you will find a loft with a king bed overlooking the living room. There is also a balcony off the living room overlooking the lake. Our condo has 2 Vizio SMART tv's where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. Just log into your account and enjoy! ** Both beds are new with 12 inch MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES! Each bed has several pillows for you to choose from as well. Just make yourself comfortable while you enjoy your stay! Our kitchen space is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Just bring your groceries and start cooking. We have a fantastic cleaning crew that maintains the space between guest stays, as well as a responsive maintenance team. If something comes up during your stay, we will handle it as soon as possible!
