Welcome to the terrace apartment "Sonnengarten" (5.1). The space On a living area of 87 m², five adults and one child up to 14 years of age will find enough space in this modernly furnished apartment for a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom. This spacious vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of building number 5 (elevator available), built in 2022, and has many handicapped-friendly features. The open-plan living area is equipped with a pull-out sofa as well as two armchairs and a smart TV. You have access to the southeast terrace from the living room. Enjoy your meals on the furnished terrace with fantastic views of the gardens. The kitchenette has high-quality appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Sufficient dishes, cutlery as well as pots and pans are in the cabinets. At the large dining table you will find a relaxing holiday day for a breakfast together. Restful sleep in the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), is guaranteed. One bedroom is equipped with another TV. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time (sleeping area: 160 x 200 cm). The two fully equipped bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. All living and sleeping rooms can be completely darkened by means of external blinds. The bedroom windows and a living room window are equipped with insect screens.  Your dog up to a maximum of 15 kg is welcome with us. Please remember to register it when booking. In the resort and on the apartment terrace, we ask you to keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our premises, wide fields and meadows offer the possibility for a safe, free run. A parking space in front of the vacation home is available free of charge. Additional parking spaces can be requested. A public charging station for electric cars is within walking distance of 500 meters. The Wi-Fi network (max. 16 Mbps) is free of charge. On request, we provide a high chair and a baby travel cot for a fee. Your bicycles are safely stored in the lockable bicycle room. Far away from the hustle and bustle of public wellness facilities, you will find the peace and quiet you deserve on the 190 m² attic floor of the house. Relax in the in-house, free wellness area with two saunas and a cozy relaxation room. Enjoy the clear Baltic Sea air on the large adjacent roof terrace. Your children can look forward to the versatile leisure area (390 m²) in the basement with table tennis, foosball table, chessboard and game room, which does not cause boredom even on "bad weather days". Adults can relax at the billiard table or in the cozy lounge corner with a good book or music in their ears. Active vacationers will get their money's worth in the spacious, light-flooded fitness room, where the range of high-quality brand sports equipment, including various cardio machines, a multifunctional power station and dumbbell benches, allows for individual training. In the basement, two washing machines and two dryers are at the disposal of all guests of the house. Information for guests with reduced mobility: Access from the parking lot to the house entrance is barrier-free. The width of the front door is 100 cm. The sealing threshold of the front door is about 1.5 cm high. The elevator in the stairwell goes to every floor, including the leisure areas in the basement as well as the sauna area on the upper floor. The door width of the elevator is 90 cm, the depth is 130 cm. The apartment door has a width of 90 cm. The widths of the room doors are 80 cm (exception: door width of the small bathroom and storage room is 70 cm). In the large bathroom there is no shower enclosure and thus the shower is barrier-free. On request, a shower stool can be provided free of charge. In the small bathroom, the width of the shower is 60 cm. The sealing threshold is about 0.5 cm high. The washbasins can be driven under in both bathrooms. Handles are not provided. The beds have a height of 47 cm and can be driven under (max. 17 cm). The patio door has two leaves and has a threshold of about 3.0 cm. The fly screen sliding element located on the patio door allows the patio door to open to a width of about 70 cm. The threshold from the paved terrace to the edge of the lawn is about 15 cm. The leisure areas in the basement are completely barrier-free. The door widths are 90 cm. In the attic there is a sauna that can be accessed by wheelchair, the door width is 90 cm. To enter the roof terraces, two steps must be passed. Guest access The entire vacation home, along with leisure and sauna areas, is at your disposal. The apartment building consists of a total of 14 residential units. The leisure and sauna areas are shared by all guests. Other things to note Welcome to the "Haffresidenz". The newly built "Haffresidenz" is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in the immediate vicinity of the Stettiner Haff Nature Park. Gently surrounded by the fragrant pine forest, wide cliff landscape and mysterious moors, your vacation starts in the middle of nature. Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many protected landscape areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to the well-known villages such as the imperial bath Heringsdorf or the seaside health resort Ahlbeck, the island consists of many romantic places and village communities where you can end the evening in one of the romantic fish restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, there are sports and cultural activities such as golf, water sports and interesting museums. The fine sandy Baltic beach of Usedom can be reached via the famous imperial baths, which are eight kilometers and a maximum of 15 minutes away from us by car. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity is the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the lagoon coast. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for good fish cuisine and a place in front of breathtaking sunsets. The "Haffresidenz" is a new construction project on the beautiful island of Usedom. It includes an impressive total of ten apartment buildings. This construction project will help expand the range of high-quality accommodation in the region and provide our holiday guests with a comfortable and modern holiday experience. Each of the apartment buildings is carefully designed and equipped to meet the individual needs and preferences of our guests. During the ongoing construction project of the "Haffresidenz", temporary acoustic impairments may occur until all houses are completed. Any claims for rent reduction in connection with the construction site are covered by taking note of this information. The developer strives to keep the impairments to a minimum and to carry out the work within the specified time frames and regulations. The full completion of the first two buildings, 4a and 5, in 2021 and 2022 respectively, is an important milestone in this construction project. Thus, high-quality accommodation is now available that offers our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay. The careful planning and implementation have led to a successful completion and our guests can now enjoy the amenities and the relaxed atmosphere of the completed houses. Houses 3, 3a and 4 are nearing completion and will be handed over to the owners in the summer of 2023. The remaining houses of the "Haffresidenz" are already in the advanced construction stage (shell and facade work as well as window installation are almost completely completed). At this stage of construction, most noisy activities are usually completed. It can be assumed that the impairments due to noise are minimal or even completely eliminated.
