Peaceful and quiet yet close to everything my home is designed to enhance your vacation. I have designed this home to be family friendly with two living areas, each with flat screen TV's, a huge dinning room table for family dinners, large kitchen to accommodate multiple cooks. There are still quiet spaces to get away from it all. A large yard, private dock, and a fire pit all add to the fun. Full access to the house and yard except for storage areas in home I live on the same property in a separate cottage and am available one way or another most of the time. I have been in the area for 30 years and can provide suggestions for most things you may want to do. There are four parking spaces available to guests. Just down the street os the Cape Neddick beach, which is quieter and family friendly. should you like a little more action Short Sands is a quick walk away or maybe down to Long Sands for a surf.
