On the first floor you will find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.
