Relax in the screened in back porch or on the covered porch and enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This house has a very convenient location with several restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options that are all within 1 mile of the house, as well as easy access to both I-24 and I-75. The backyard is fully fenced in and flat. The space Both bedrooms feature queen size memory foam mattresses and small closets. The dining room table seats 4 and the living room features a sofa and lounge chair. Up to two (2) pets are allowed per reservation when the $75 pet fee is paid. Pets are not to be left in the house unattended and must be contained in a cage/crate when guests leave the property for any amount of time. Guests are responsible for any and all damage caused by pets. The TV in the living room is a smart TV so streaming services are easily accessible, but does not have access to cable. Kitchen includes: -Keurig coffee maker -toaster -blender -various pots and pans -knives and various cooking utensils -mixing bowls -glass baking dish and various metal baking pans -cutting boards -plates, bowls, flatware, glasses, and mugs Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Other things to note Extra charges: $20/day for each extra person will be charged if more people than stated on the initial booking are in the house $200 extra cleaning fee if the house is left dirty (excessive trash or food left, guest check out instructions are not completed, etc.) $50/15 minute increment late check out fee if any guest remains in the house after designated check out time, but this does not constitute possession of the house for the day. Any possessions left in the house for more than 1 hour after the check out time will be removed from the property and thrown away. $200/day of reservation smoking fee if anyone smokes in the house. $200/day of reservation per pet if more than two (2) pets are brought into the house or pets are not disclosed in the reservation.
