The great room features 12' vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, double glass doors, contemporary finishes, and a bright warm feeling throughout. We have excellent wifi with speeds up to 200Mbps per unit. We do our best to provide many amenities during your stay with us including 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and the items below. We recommend you bring beach towels for the river or nearby lakes, specialty cooking items or small grills, spices for cooking, and extra paper products. Every unit includes: Mini Split- AC/heat On-demand hot water Internet, premium TV w/Hulu Coffee Maker (Keurig and K-cups) Cocktail bar in the backyard Iron and ironing board Hairdryer Soap, shampoo, and conditioner Dishwasher and soap Adirondack chairs and table There is currently no on-site staff- If you need anything during your stay you can reach staff at our direct line. Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit 50% deposit.
