Access to one Smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. We don't usually meet our guests, we will give you a code to the door a few days before your reservation. We are available via phone and/or text for any property related issues. Minutes from Downtown Boise and The Village shopping center in Meridian. Quiet family oriented neighborhood. Two garage parking spots available as well as driveway and street parking. Highly recommend a car to get around. Please note the pool is open seasonally and the HOA opens and closes the pool at its discretion. Some guests that book for spring/fall dates may not have access to pool. Pool can also be shut down without notice in the middle of a guest stay for maintenance. This is all beyond our control. All guests that wish to use pool must use the access key/card located in the drawer to the left.
