The property offers an incomparable view of the Stocksee, to which you get direct access through the property. The spacious garden from which to the bathing jetty as well as rowing boat can be reached is equipped with modern lounge and garden furniture. If you want to fish, please provide a fishing license. In the village, you can purchase a day or week ticket. The house contains two apartments that are accessible via separate doors. Depending on your wishes, the apartment can be rented in the basement of the hillside house with a large terrace, or the 1st floor apartment with a large balcony. The rental of the entire house is also possible. In total, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (with sofa beds), 3 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom and two egg growing kitchens (one separate and one built into the living room). Stocksee is a quiet place that invites you to walks and bike rides through the great nature. About 15 km from Plön and 10 km from Ascheberg, the village offers the ideal starting point to relax away from all the hustle and bustle yet quickly in the middle of the action. In Ascheberg and Plön you will find all the shops for daily use. The Stocksee-Hof estate in the village offers a variety of events, e.g. Christmas market, park & garden and the music festival.
