The two homes in the front are occupied by family and this home is one of two homes rented in the back of the property. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. You'll enjoy use of the stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials, air-conditioned bedrooms, smart TV with basic cable, unlimited Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, use of the swimming pool and outdoor patio with barbecue grill. Ideal for long stays. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the shared swimming pool and outdoor patio area with barbecue grill, the shared back yard and one parking spot. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in my home away from home. Be comfortable and treat this space as your own. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is someone living on-site 24/7 in case of emergencies. Also, please keep in mind that Costa Rica has a tropical climate, so don't forget your mosquito/bug repellent and your sunscreen. :)
