On the main level, there is more space with a kitchen, dinning room (seats 6 at table), extra bar area that seats 4, living room and a full bathroom. With full deck access. There are 4 chairs on the lounge deck. The lower level has a bedroom, full bath, gym area with a Peloton bike, office space, laundry with washer/dryer, sitting area with sofa, chair and a futon for extra sleeping space, and walkout access. The walkout patio area has lounge chairs. There are extra folding chairs inside if needed. The house is approximately 3800 ft.² .
