Guest access The exterior areas between the house and the adjacent boathouse are communal. The south side of the house and the south dock are for your use, while the entire boathouse and north jetty are for the owners. Other things to note The house is situated on an island, connected by an elevated boardwalk across a pristine marsh—a bird lover’s paradise. The short stretch lands on a pine tree lined path. The entire distance is a 3-4 minute walk or guests can choose to use the house’s golf cart.
