Queen beds in both rooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen mean this is a real home base — not just a place to crash. The space The unit spans the 1st and 2nd floors of a charming 4-unit building. Your private entrance is on the ground floor — look for the letter 'D' next to the door. Inside, both bedrooms feature queen beds with cotton linens and both firm and soft pillow options. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking: Keurig, K-cups, blender, spices, and all the essentials. The outdoor BBQ grill is ready for post-beach cookouts. Pack light — beach towels are provided so you can walk straight to the sand. The washer and dryer handle a week's worth of sandy clothes. Fast Xfinity WiFi keeps remote workers and streamers covered. Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for seafood and surf vibes. Mellow Mushroom is another 5 minutes on foot for craft beer and pizza. Walk 11 minutes to O-Ku for rooftop sushi near the pier, or drive 4 minutes to Hawkers Asian Street Food — the highest-rated spot in Jax Beach. Summer means packed beaches and evening boardwalk energy right outside your door. This is North Jacksonville Beach — lively and active year-round. Expect beach cruisers, surfers, runners, and weekend crowds. It's part of the charm, but light sleepers should plan accordingly. Free parking on premises. Keyless entry through the guest portal makes check-in seamless. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required.
