We emphasize undisturbed togetherness in a personal atmosphere, far from everyday life. The house offers a blend of traditional charm and thoughtful amenities. The ground floor comprises a cozy group room, two toilet rooms with WC and washbasin, and two shower rooms with lockable showers. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with a total of seven beds on the ground floor, while the upper floor holds six more bedrooms and three toilet rooms. It was designed as a self-catering house, where groups can creatively prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Each area of the house reflects the fusion of modern comfort and the coziness of Harz tradition. The outdoor area features a covered porch, a sunny south-facing terrace with direct access from the living area, and a spacious charcoal grill. Relax in the expansive garden, equipped with a table tennis table, a large sauna house, and a seminar barn if needed (for an additional fee). There is ample space for play, fun, and relaxation amidst nature.
