Explore the 9 miles of walking trails and the 9 acres of park areas within the development. Bring your camera! This fully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath home boasts charming, well thought of furnishings, a gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and comfortable sleeping for 5. Outside is a nice, covered porch with a gas BBQ and seating for those outdoor summer meals. The Dover Bay Resort offers a wide range of amenities including a Marina, convenience store, and miles of walking and biking trails.  Marina slips and trailer parking are available separately and privately managed by Dover Bay.  Balto Dog Park offers a beach and swimming area, along with a small playground and restrooms. Note:  Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and is unfortunately not open to vacation rental guests at this home. This is a pet friendly home and up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee.
