THE KITCHEN A well appointed kitchen with everything you need to stay home and cook. Brand new appliances, electric stove, Spices, COFFEE & TEA BAR - Keuriq coffee maker, French Press, and electric grinder. We provide a few keuriq coffee pods and creamer to get you started. We also offer tea varieties. - You have full use of the house but we do lock out a few personal rooms. These rooms are locked off and are not for guest use while you are staying. PER NEIGHBORHOOD ORDINANCE NO MORE THEN 4 GUESTS OCCUPANCY - WE WILL EVICT WITH NO REFUND IF THIS POLICY IS BROKEN. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 4 GUESTS. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. WE DO CHARGE A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET. AMMENITIES WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING - Fresh laundered towels, wash cloths, hand towels -dishwasher detergent, 2 pods of Tide washing machine detergent, 1 sponge, 1 hand soap, 1 dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 small conditioner, 1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 lotion, hand soap. We also provide keuriq coffee pods and tea. Kitchen Spices We do provide all the basics to last you for a day or two. FOR FUN WE ALSO PROVIDE - 2 beach chairs - beach cooler - outdoor closet with assorted beach gear PARKING There is room for up to 2 cars or 1 car and a small 15 foot boat. We are .3 miles from the closest Public Boat Ramp - Cessna Landing which is Bay side. NO STREET PARKING PLANTS Once you enter Magnolia Cottage, you will notice that we love our plants. All the plants in the home are real so we please ask that you do not touch them or water them :) PETS We are a pet friendly house but we do require a $250 nonrefundable pet fee PER PET. Please make sure to pick up after your pets waste. We do provide doggy bags. LOCATION We are north of the bay off County HWY 393 North. This is off the beaten path if you are used to staying on 30A. - Feel free to map Central 8th Street, Santa Rosa Beach and that is the street the house is located on. - You will need to drive your car to get to the beach and the closest beach access is Ed walline which is down County HWY 393 and about a 10 min car ride. RULES NO EXTRA GUESTS or VISITORS - For insurance, liability purposes as well as local occupancy rules, only the guests on your reservation are allowed on the property during your stay. - No more than 4 guests max. No parties, no gatherings beyond the 4 guests max rule. - If this rule is broken, we will have to take measures towards eviction and cancellation of your booking. No refund will be given. Guest access Guests have access to whole home. We do lock out some of our rooms while our home is on the rental program.
