Southern Hospitality Studio

This comfortable studio is located in our very private 2 acre lot in the heart of peachtree city. Across the street from the cart path, and just one block to Lake Kedron docks and playground. Less than a mile to shopping, and restaurants! Queen size bed, full kitchen and bathroom all to your self. The space Make your self at home in this lovely studio apartment. Take a walk on the path to dinner, a quick drive to target or pinewood studios. Also close to Piedmont hospital and about 25 minutes to the Atlanta airport. Please note: This studio unit is in our personal home. It has its own entrance, and no access into our space. However, there is a bedroom above the unit, and my husband's office beside the unit. Every effort will be made to keep our family noise down. But if you are noise sensitive, you may want to read all reviews or ask any questions before booking. :) Guest access You’ll have access to everything in the apartment and a parking spot in the driveway, and deck on the back of the main house. Other things to note We offer a coffee maker and some snacks. Full size fridge available in the space. The basics for the kitchen are stocked. If you’re missing something for cooking, please ask.
