We live close to the condo and will be available by phone and email during your stay. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by the condo management company. The condo sits on the banks of the Ohio River, directly across from Louisville. You can drive across the bridge to downtown in less than 5 minutes, or take an easy stroll across the lit and picturesque walking bridge. An abundance of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance on both the Indiana and Kentucky sides of the river. Grocery stores and shopping are within a few miles. I-65 is right around the corner and travel is easy. I-65 is right around the corner for easy access to Louisville or other destinations. Getting around town is easy by walking, driving, or bicycle (rentals outside the condo building). Uber and taxis will pick you up at your front door. Due to condo rules, guests will be required to sign a one page short term rental agreement prior to or upon arrival. COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 precautions, only registered guests will be permitted to use the pool. No smoking is allowed in the condo.
