The Space The 2-Story layout offers 90m2 of living area with 4-meter high ceilings. There are two entrances, one with wheelchair access.  The bedroom is located upstairs and includes a queen-sized bed, multiple dressers, and a dedicated full bathroom with a two-head shower, as well as an owner's retreat and relaxation area. The downstairs living room is equipped with an audio/visual entertainment system with a 100" projection system for watching movies via Chromecast. The larger sofa converts into a queen size bed if needed. There is also a full bathroom adjacent to the living room with a large bathtub, as well as the entrance to a small private patio. The kitchen is open to the dining room with a beautiful customer-made wood table that sits six comfortably.
