Just 1.2 miles to Pelican Beach and 1.3 miles to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, clubhouse, and golf courses, it is perfectly located. Enjoy watching a sampling of Seabrook's plentiful wildlife while you sit on the screened porch surrounded by tropical foliage. Relax with your family and friends in this nicely decorated cottage. The cottage features an open dining/living area with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a table that seats 6 - perfect for gathering around and sharing stories from your day. High ceilings and a fireplace create an airy atmosphere. The sliding doors to the screened porch and allow sunlight to filter through the trees. The comfortable furnishings offer seating for all your guests. Enjoy watching shows on the HDTV/DVD. Gather around the table on the screened porch as you sip cool drinks. Settle into one of the rockers with a good book. The galley kitchen is well stocked and has all you'll need for cooking during your holiday. There are three bedrooms in this cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is a TV and en suite bath with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The hall bath with a shower/tub is just outside the door. Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds. The en suite bath has a shower. The kids will love sharing this room! This property does not have cable: You can enjoy your favorite programs via Youtube tv and Apple TV. Pets are NOT allowed. LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
