Sweet Valley Cottages - Deluxe Cottage

Cozy Cottage immersed in nature, overlooking a serene pond with views of the gazebo and swans. Cottage contains full kitchen, 2 bedrooms that hold Queen size beds, bathroom, futon, fireplace, outdoor picnic table, campfire ring and charcoal grill. The space Each cabin has its own private covered porch which includes a picnic table, swing, charcoal grill (need to bring your own charcoal), campfire ring, and 2 Adirondack chairs, which is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Firewood is sold by the wagon and is available on site- $10 cash per wagon load- please leave cash in the locker (honor system).Please note: Bedding Linen, Pillows, Blankets and Towels are NOT included. Please bring your own. Guest access Guests are allowed full use of the property- including the gazebo- sit on the rocking chair and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the swans. There is a row boat on property - take a ride or go fishing (catch and release). Kids have access to the playgroud/ swing set and may play a round of corntoss. There is a small walking path around the pond with little quaint spots. During your stay There is no central office and the host is usually not on property. I do have my cleaning service and groundsman available for any needs for guests. Best to call/ text 570-218-5970 for any questions, or urgent needs. Other things to note There is no smoking allowed inside the cabins. No pets, guns or hunting. There is no TV, or internet service. There is good cellular coverage with AT&T and Verizon. There is NO Air Conditioning, but the cabins tend to get very cool at night. Also, no central heat- although we do have a wall heating unit and proprane fireplace, which heats the cabin well.
