Bring your fishing rod and try your luck and possibly bring home freshly caught fish for dinner. Likewise, you can go on wonderful hikes throughout the region and relax in the fresh mountain air. Not far from the cabin is a wonderful network of cross-country ski trails with 300 km of groomed trails around Ringsaker and Øyerfjellet. It is only a short drive, of about 10 minutes, to Sjusjøen Ski Center, which can tempt you with several lifts and a variety of slopes for alpine skiing as well as a park with a variety of rails, boxes, jumps and other fun elements.
