Description
Tyn y Coed is an authenitc detached Welsh cottage, set in the Clwydian Range AONB with mountain views. The property is rurally located in the village of Cwm but just a stone’s throw from any amenities you might need during your break, such as being just a short walk from the local pub and restaurant, The Blue Lion. With a cosy wood-burner in the living area, you can either stay in and admire the views or explore the many nearby walks, including the Offa’s Dyke footpath which passes close by. The space Ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children, this 3-bedroom cottage is be the perfect retreat in an ideal location to explore all that North Wales has to offer and just five minutes from the A55 expressway. On entering the property you are welcomed into the open kitchen / dining and living area and the rustic Welsh cottage. On from the living room is the ensuite bedroom, which is ideal for those not wanting to use the stairs. The ground floor also features the utility room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find the other bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with bunk beds (ideal for children). The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. Guest access This is a private cottage which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. We are located approximately 5-10 minutes from the A55, with easy links to Snowdonia and further into North Wales, Westbound and Liverpool and Chester to the East. Please note the road to the house is narrow, as with most country lanes but there are plenty of passing places. There is ample parking, but please note the driveway is quite steep. Other things to note There is a drop from the parking area to the lawn.
