Location The bright apartment is located in the attic on the south side of house 2 of the popular apartment complex in Kühlungsborn-West. In house 3 is the in-house wellness area with pool and saunas. The dune castle has a unique location on Ostseeallee, right by the beach and promenade. The idyllic city forest is also only a few steps away. Ideal for beautiful walks! In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shops, restaurants, cocktail bars and cafes. The cycling and hiking trail network invites you to extensive explorations along the Baltic Sea coast. The amenities This non-smoking apartment is tiled throughout and has a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator as well as a 4-field ceramic stove with oven. In the combined living-dining area, you have at your disposal a double sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a mini hi-fi system. Due to the large windows and the exposed location in the attic, the apartment is particularly cozy and flooded with light. From the living-dining area you have access to the sunny and south-facing balcony equipped with garden furniture. Two separate bedrooms are at your disposal; one of them with double bed (2x0.80 x 2.00), another with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00). A crib can be placed for a fee and you can book a high chair on request. The bathroom offers you a vanity, toilet, shower, hairdryer and vanity mirror. The features The holiday complex has its own wellness area with pool, two saunas, fitness and relaxation room, which is available to you daily (only in the 3rd and 4th calendar week of a year, the area is closed due to maintenance work).
