Located in a quiet alley in the heart of the historic centre, a few metres from the Basilica of Saint Julien and close to all amenities, this apartment on the second floor of a small, fully renovated building is ideally situated for you to fully enjoy your stay in Brive-la-Gaillarde. The space LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN: The kitchen is open to the living room, and you will find all the necessary equipment at your disposal: ceramic hob, fridge, 5 kg washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle (tea and coffee provided). A table that can seat 4 people so you can fully enjoy the culinary specialities of our region. Sleeping area: A sleeping area with a 140x200 double bed, a thick memory foam mattress, a 4-season duvet and full bed linen, a wardrobe and a closet. In the living area, you will find a sofa bed (140x200), a flat-screen TV and a coffee table. For your business trips, a desk area with fibre optic Wi-Fi connection is available. We also provide a tower fan for stays during the summer. BATHROOM, TOILET: A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and mirror, towel dryer radiator and hairdryer. We provide an ironing board and an iron. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home.
