A 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the beautiful community of Echota. When entering the home, it has an open kitchen plan. The appliances for your use in the kitchen are stainless steel with granite countertops to compliment. For all of the coffee lovers, there is both a Keurig coffeemaker, and a standard drip coffee maker. There is lots of storage in the cabinets for ingredients and coffee cups, wine glasses, and drinking glasses. There is also a large refrigerator/ freezer combo that has lots of space for food, and drink storage. Off from the ktichen is the living room and dining room. The dining room has three chairs and has a large table perfect for family meals. The living room has a large flat screen tv that is mounted on the wall, and gas log fireplace. Feel free to sit on the couch and watch movies while the fireplace crackles. There is a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, as well as a twin over full bunk bed room. The queen room has its own shower, with an attached bath. There is also a chair in this room that folds out to host another twin bed. The twin over full bunkroom has a tub and shower combo, that is shared with the main house. The king room, features its own beautifully tiled shower, and a jetted tub. Each bedroom has its own tv, so you are welcome to lay in bed and fall asleep to a great movie. There is a large covered deck, that showcases year round mountain views. You can sit on the deck in the mornings in the luxury furniture and enjoy a warm cup of coffee. When staying at Cozy Cub, you are sure to enjoy your staycation. You can stay at home and enjoy quality time or take advantage of the wonderful amenities that Echota has to over. The choice is yours! All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day in order to maintain the luxurious amenities that is capped at $70 total for your stay. Please plan accordingly. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pets are not permitted for rentals in this community. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
