The neighborhood is very well served, bus and taxi, with lots of good Italian and fish restaurants, also bakeries and cafes and all the shops nearby. You are also 300 meters from the Aswak-Salam hypermarket and its shopping center which will allow you to do your shopping easily. The neighborhood is very safe and you are right next to the El Houda Hospital Clinic. The apartment is very quiet, clear and bright with lots of windows. A large double living room with two comfortable sofas and a beautiful iron table will allow you to relax and share a moment with your friends and family. For meals you have a wooden designer table and also a large terrace not overlooked, ideal for having a good breakfast before heading to the beach. You have an intercom opening the entrance of the building, a large HDMI satellite TV, an internet-WiFi connection, a cordless phone allowing you to receive free calls from your loved ones.
