The house has grand high ceilings and comfortable beds. Relax on the big outside deck, or chill in the sunroom with stunning views of historic Oak Street! Parking is an ongoing issue in Boothbay Harbor, but not here! We have parking for 3 vehicles.We upgraded our cleaner who caused 3 negative reviews. The space At 2200, square feet, the space contains a foyer, 2 full bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, a sun room, and 3 bedrooms, and a deck. There is .44 of an acre of property with a driveway. There is additional parking along the side of the house. The property is located on a hill and has a fire pit. Guest access Oak Street is an historic one way street into Boothbay Harbor. You will walk outside the house past the post office and Boothbay Harbor Library into right into town. Its no more than a 5 minute walk from the house. The library is beautiful and old and has a fireplace. Other things to note Please note: 1) We do not provide toiletries for the shower. 2) There are no refunds for minor house issues. A small % of guests bring up small issues to prompt a partial refund. 3) You may also have to clean the outside grill before use if the prior guest did not clean it after using it.
