From this fully furnished property, you can plan day trips, fish, swim, walk to the beach at Cayuga Lake State Park, hike trails, and visit Historic Seneca Falls, Waterloo (Birth place of Memorial Day), Wineries, Distilleries, Breweries, even Cheeseries (Cheese samplings), Eateries, Shops, Factory Outlets, Casino, Wild Life Refuge Trails, and so much more! - Full Kitchen with gas cooking stove overlooking living and dining areas - Two private bedrooms with queen-size beds - Two full bathrooms - Living room area overlooking the lake - Large Upper Deck - Two televisions with streaming platforms - Weber Charcoal Grill - Dock in the water from late May till September* - Board Games & Reading Books - 15+ foot aluminum two seat aluminum canoe with paddles and life vests MAYBE available, but not guaranteed. - Waterfront swimming & Fishing - Great spot to Relax & Relax more - We require any Boaters to send an inquiry about availability: boaters are generally not allowed under our booking platform. The boat hoist is private. - Boat launch is at the Cayuga Park within walking distance - Any trailers must be parked off street at Cayuga Park walking distance ** - The home is located on a residential street *The Dock is removed from the lake October until late May ** You have to pay a small Trailer Parking fee ** Please note the indoor stairway to the lower level bedroom and bathroom is a narrow spiral staircase. We strongly suggest bringing luggage, etc down the OUTDOOR wide staircase on the deck. The fire pit: please purchase fire wood from the many places locally available. Fishing: Bring your own gear & license (purchased online or locally) BBQ Charcoal Weber: please bring your own charcoal that can easily be purchased locally. Guest access The Home is on a residential lake side street where you can park your vehicle facing north along the property. You can park two vehicles max along street side. Additional vehicles and boat trailers must be parked for a small fee at the Cayuga Lake State Park, which is within walking distance and north of the home. Boat hoist is private and not included. You can easily moor your boat or tie along the dock, weather permitting. No bookings without special permission to reserve applicable to any boater. There is no public transportation. You can easily walk to the park & trails, beach, and nearby restaurants. Uber may also be available. The Complete large Finger Lake Region & Lake Cayuga. Home, Deck, and Dock are private and for your use only. For those that may have difficulty with stairs: there are two narrow spiral staircases inside the property: 1) Leading to the lower level and has an open space entry area and is not gated, not suitable for young children. Alternatively, you can take the wide exterior stair case easily to the lower sleeping level of the home. and 2) Leading to the 2nd Floor sleeping quarters. Other things to note We insist on Strict check in and check out times: Having this time between "same day" rental gives our Co-Hosts and Maintenance staff plenty of time to prepare for your arrival!! Check in time 3:00 PM. Check out time 10:00 AM. Boat trailers must be parked and stored for a small daily fee at the Cayuga State Park, a well-maintained park with a sandy beach with boat launch, docks, playground, and more all within walking distance. There are two narrow spiral stair cases to lower and upper sleeping quarters & bathrooms. There's also a six (6 ) ft wide exterior stairs to easily access the downstairs. Make sure you RELAX!
