Mermaid House Ozona

Welcome to the Mermaid house located in the quaint seaside community of Ozona! 1100 SF 2/2 home on a private cul-de-sac with easy access to the Pinellas trail and located between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. House is on the water so bring your boat-we've got a lift/dock out back! There is a $300 fee for boat dockage or lift use. Cozy beach themed interior with outdoor grill and fully stocked kitchen await your short or long-term stay. The space Home is on a canal with boat lift capable of handling 23' boat. Easy access to intercoastal and gulf of mexico. Kayak and canoe provided. Excellent bird watching and fishing! Guest access Whole house and yard are available including dock. Other things to note Pet fee of $135. All pets must be pre-approved, vaccinated, leashed at all times when outside. Failure to disclose pets and or failure to clean up after them will result in withholdings from your deposit. Pet owners and or occupants of the Mermaid House take full responsibility for their pets at all times. Pets should not be left for extended periods of time and excessive barking will not be allowed.
