The Hamilton House is a charming Victorian style home that is spacious yet cozy. It has all the charm and beauty only found in late 19th and early 20th century architecture, yet with all the comfort and amenities of a new home. The main floor has one bedroom, one bathroom, main floor laundry, spacious family room, large dining room, and full size kitchen. The upper level has three large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The home has a large back yard with a fire pit, wrap around porch deck & BBQ. The space The home has four large bedrooms with 8 beds in total. Two king size beds, four full beds, two twin beds (trundle twin bed). Sleep 14 guest comfortably Guest access The entire house and yard is for guest use and enjoyment. The only areas not for guest use are all locked and secured. These include two owners closets, the unfinished basement, and the detached garage. Other things to note The two neighbors on both sides of the home do the cleaning, yard work, and security for the home.
