The space This cute and cozy two-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfectly situated tucked away on Riverview Ave in the heart of Capitola Village.  This two-story condo has a reverse floor plan, with an open kitchen, dining, and living room on the second floor.  There is a delightful small deck perfect for drinking coffee in the morning or having wine at night. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom on the main floor up a short flight of stairs, and the second bedroom is upstairs, also offering a queen-size bed - please note the second bedroom is “loft style” and is above the living room. It is separate and private from the living area up a short flight of stairs,  however, there is a half wall that is open to the living area below. This home is best suited for a couple or small family. One dog is allowed with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee. There is one covered parking spot, storage for bikes or surfboards, and a washer and dryer. You are within walking distance to the beach, the wharf, the Riverview walkway, and all shops, restaurants, and cafes in Capitola Village. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops, and a whole host of commercial and entertainment outlets for young and old alike.
