Sunset Ocean City Views... Easy Walk To The Beach

This is the most Northwest corner of Mexico and closest beach town to California with ocean views, the border wall across the street, and you can see Downtown San Diego! With the beach a block away along with Cinepolis Theater, Walmart, Radioshack, Office Depot, & Others, restaurants including El Yogurt Place, Giuseppe's Italian, Mar y Fuego and others within walking distance. Taxi Stop on the corner or UBER works well. Has an electronic gated Security Guarded Large Parking Lot. The space The space has a spectacular view from every room and is a very comfortable place to relax. You can see all of Playas de Tijuana from the windows of this condo. Other things to note Heaters, an air conditioner, and washer/dryer are available at an extra cost depending upon the length of stay. Please request use if either are needed and the cost will be provided for use of heaters, an air conditioner, and/or the washer/dryer. A request for payment of a Refundable Damage Deposit of $150 is sent after you have reserved the home and must be paid prior to or upon arrival. It is returned promptly after checking out after an assessment has been completed. Upon arrival, the security guard provides a visitor's arrival form, that lists all of the rules of the property grounds and it is required to be filled out and signed by my guests acknowledging their understanding of the rules. Vehicle information, dates/duration of the visit, unit number, and the number of guests are entered onto the visitor's arrival form.
