Villa Rosati Beach House

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room. The space The house has been renovated this year: the water supply system and the electrical power system have been redone completely, appliances and furniture are new. There are two air con unit to keep you cool at night and a new Satellite dish to receive international channels. We restyled the main living space, the outdoor living room, with custom made palette sofas ,sitting up to eight people, to enjoy your summer evening in complete comfort. Also the outdoor dining table is has been created new. Both the bathrooms inside and the shower outside have been completely refurbished.
