The apartment is a large, very bright loft with a semi-private entrance. The whole overlooks a large tree-lined courtyard. This place is an old craft workshop that we have completely renovated. The apartment is very friendly, design, easy going. On the first floor, a large loft with living room and open kitchen, overlooking the tree-lined courtyard. On the second floor in mezzanine, two bedrooms with 140cm wide bed with two small independent bathrooms. In the basement, a large room has been fitted out to screen films and listen to music. A double bedroom with a 180 cm wide bed, very pleasant in a vaulted cellar and a large bathroom. The apartment is very relaxing and bright. The apartment is located in a quiet street, between "the canal Saint-Martin" and "the Bassin de la Villette", two very pleasant places to walk with lots of small restaurants and cinemas. Two metro stations (STALINGRAD and LOUIS BLANC) are very close and allow you to be in the center of Paris in a few minutes. There is also the possibility of renting bikes (VELIB).
