Release Wanaka - Mt Roy Terrace is a spacious holiday home filled to the brim with bright artwork and quirky figurines. The property is home to an extensive collection of artwork, with every available wall space showcasing something different to admire and ponder. If you have children, task them to search the property & count how many colourful gnomes & other characters they can find!! The space The stylish property, which sleeps 8 guests, is bright and welcoming, with fantastic outdoor areas to enjoy. Relax in the hammock in the sun and read a book, or crank up the BBQ and outdoor fire and enjoy a beverage while watching the sun set over the mountains. The open plan living area has a comfortable lounge area with a large corner couch and a couple of cosy sheepskin beanbags to relax in. There is a fully equipped kitchen and pantry with everything you need to cook a family feast to enjoy at the large dining table. The bedrooms are all a good size, with two that can be split into twin rooms. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe plus its own tiled ensuite with shower and double vanity. The other bedrooms share the main bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, there's a big lawn area for the kids to play, plus a great outdoor entertaining area with a fire, BBQ and outdoor table to sit at. There's plenty of firewood for this & the logburner in the front room to keep guests warm over winter. There's also a heat pump in the main living area providing warming and cooling. Downstairs, the laundry is in the garage (accessible by a lift within the property) where there is also storage space for ski gear and other toys. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property & gardens. Other things to note Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Mt Roy Terrace is $NZ 1,000. There is a one off booking management fee of NZ$300 per reservation. On Airbnb, this fee is spread over the nights of your booking. If you are checking in or out on a public holiday, a surcharge of $NZ 280.00 is added to your booking. If the check-in & check-out dates both fall on public holiday, the surcharge will be $NZ 280.00 for each day.
