The apartment is located on the property of Agriturismo Nerbona, which has a total of 13 apartments, all independent of different types + 2 rooms. An ideal place both to merge with the peace of the surrounding nature and to visit the various medieval villages just a few kilometers away. The space The apartment called "PICCIONAIA", that it means "attic" in Italian, is located on the second floor with a view of the beautiful Tuscan hills and the nearby forest. It is a spacious apartment and consists of: fully equipped kitchen with living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and outdoor space on the ground floor, near the entrance to the stairs, with table, chairs and umbrella. It is basically composed of 2 double beds but it is also possible to prepare 4 single beds and possibly add a fifth for a child under 12 years old. Guest access You can use: the swimming pool, our large garden with nets for volleyball and five-a-side football, 2 barbecues, free parking, 2 washing machines (we do not provide soap), the ping-pong table, the table football, our mountain bikes, useful for adventuring along the paths of our woods, all available to our guests free of charge. Other things to note The price includes: Welcome basket, consumption of electricity, water, kitchen gas and hot water, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, final cleaning. Change of linen after the seventh night. The price does not include: tourist tax of 1.00 Euro per night for each person over 12 years old up to a maximum of 5 nights.
