Features large screened deck, hot tub, around corner from private community beach where you can find fossils and shark teeth! (4 min drive to larger community beach.) The space There are 2 bedrooms with one queen and two twin beds, 1.5 baths, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen stocked with essentials, laundry on site, gas bbq, fully stocked coffee bar (Keurig and standard drip) and a fire pit! Check out my guidebook for outing ideas and restaurants! Please note our fall/winter/spring bedding consists of down alternative comforters with duvets. During peak season—Memorial Day through Labor Day—we utilize lighter colorful quilts. Note: For your safety do not go beyond the deck. There is a steep drop off. The rose bushes serve as a barrier. Do not go beyond. Guest access Whole property Other things to note If you go to the beach a parking pass is required and one will be provided. Fee will be incurred for loss of pass. During peak season, pedestrians will need to show the pass for entry to the beach. Weekly and monthly stay rates are negotiable. Please contact us if you’d like to stay 14 days or more for accurate pricing. Heat wave notice: We are experiencing heat waves occasionally this summer. If the heat index is forecasted to be high (sometimes as high as 108 degrees) we can install a supplemental AC unit to ensure you stay cool for your stay!
