The main level boasts a vaulted ceiling open concept den with a large fireplace and an adjoining eat-in kitchen. The main floor also has two bedrooms including the primary suite with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. A half-bath is also located on the main floor. The top floor has two bedrooms, a large loft (plenty of room for air mattresses which are not provided), and a shared full bath. There are two mudrooms; one on the main floor and one on the lower level. The lower level has a TV room and a large playroom with a ping pong table and dart board. Newly added A/C units throughout the entire home. Enjoy the sunrise from the large deck or from the comfort of the den! All within a short walk (0.4 miles) to the clubhouse and 0.9 miles to Mount Haystack Trail! Only a 15-minute drive to Mt. Snow! What to Pack : You have access to the clubhouse pool and hot tub so bring bathing suits and pool towels! Don't forget your slippers and comfy clothes to wear while sitting in front of the fire after a long day on the slopes! Linens (bed sheets and towels) are included, but be sure to bring shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Our home is within 9 minutes of a supermarket if you forget anything. No worries! You will have access to the entire home excluding the garage and three locked owners closets. Available to text/talk by phone. Located in the highly desirable Chimney Hill homeowner’s association. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. 4x4 vehicle recommended during winter months. The area in our neighborhood is hilly. We would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle when arriving in the winter months. The entire route to get to our home is paved except for our street which is a well-maintained gravel road about 1/4 mile off of the main paved road. Do you have people in your party that don't ski? No problem! What makes this home unique is the access you will have to our clubhouse.
