Historic beachside home in charming Sunset Beach

Charming cottage in eclectic Sunset Beach, California. Out the front door and across the street you're on the sand in one of Orange County's finest beaches, celebrated in Beach Boys songs Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to two children, the cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper-sofa in the front room. Loveable kitchen fulfills all your cooking needs. Rare in Sunset Beach, the house has a 20' by 20' outdoor space, grill and outdoor shower. The house has one reserved parking spot right in front of the house by the front gate. In addition, Sunset Beach has two rows of public parking running the entire mile of the town. Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. This does not effect parking or beach access and is largely underground.
