Guest access Community entry via the Residential Security Gate will be by a provided car sticker for ‘Residents Entry Lane.’ The house and garage (with remote opener) are accessible with the exception of some locked off personal storage drawers and cabinets protected by Child Locks. Exercise equipment (use via signed responsibility waiver) in the garage includes a TV, fan, heater, yoga-Pilates rug area, stationary bike, free weights and a Bowflex 1000 with bench.
