Gorgeous top floor space 2 minute drive to downtown!

2,100 sq ft top floor apartment. (Elevator access). Spacious, high ceiling apartment with central air/heat. Friendly complex with small gym, outdoor pool, grilling access (near pool), dog park, coffee truck and NYC style pizza truck, riverside fire pit, Alexa, community club house with pool table, ping pong etc., ample parking…all right w/in steps of the Biltmore village! (Worth checking out the 8,000 acre Vanderbilt estate.) We would consider a small quiet/house broken dog. Community here is very friendly and respectful of privacy. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. NO party people please. The light in the space is amazing. Beautiful sunrises can be seen from our patio!! We offer black out curtains for the master suite. The suite has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is very cozy and has a small window that allows light. I call it my “cocoon room”. The access to the second full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. This location is honestly the best. We are a 5 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 2 minutes from Biltmore Estate, and 2 minutes from downtown. 20-30 minutes from some great little mountain towns like Black Mountain and Bevard. Perfect for those who like a little bit of everything!
