Trehanoo house is situated in Polzeath and is the perfect accommodation to enjoy this famous holiday area. It sleeps 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms with a large dining kitchen and sitting room with 2 big sofas and open fire. It has a good sized family bathroom upstairs, a great shower wet room downstairs and an outdoor hot shower with a stainless steel rack for hanging out wetsuits to dry. Set in a large garden with beautiful rural, sun terrace and raised decking off the kitchen diner. The space Trehanoo house has a large comfortable sitting room with a 4 seater and a 3 seater sofa, an armchair and a wood burner for the cooler evenings. The sitting overlooks the garden. The large kitchen diner with decking off it allows for good family space to cater and eat together with the added bonus of alfresco dining with great views. There is an electric cooker and a large american style fridge freezer with ice machine. All the bedrooms sleep 2, so no one is squashed. It is a really comfortable house for 8. There is a family bathroom upstairs, with a deep bath and electric shower over and a wet room with a powerful shower downstairs. There is also a hot shower outside for showering after being on the beach, with a good wetsuit hanger. The utility room has a washing machine, drier and spare small fridge as well as another loo. The sun terrace has deckchairs, table and chairs and a barbecue. Guest access All the house and garden are included in the rental.
