Guest access Check-in time is 3:00pm ET. Check-out time is 11:00am ET. Please text/email with 24 hour of arrival stating time of arrival. There is discounted guest parking paid through the PARKEAZ app/Website. This is a secure building so without response you won't be able to enter & we do not wish for you to be in the cold. So please communicate in the time frame. During Checkout, please return keys to the front desk concierge. If an emergency, or concierge is absent please leave keys on table inside apartment & let one of the host know. There is ONE (1) set of keys. Please ensure that keys are returned to concierge/host. (There is a $185 charge for lost key sets - the key fobs from the building are expensive!) Best regards, Jewel Other things to note Please leave the condo in the same shape you found it in and please leave furniture and items in the same place you found them. If you use dishes/utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen, please wash and dry them throughly and place them back in the cabinet. If you have more trash than what fits in the kitchen trashcan, please take the trash out. There are trash chutes in the hallway to the left outside the condo door. There are dumpsters outside the basement level of the building for larger items. There is 1 sets of keys. Please ensure that keys are placed back on the hook on the door as you depart the last day or picked up by agent. (There is a $185 charge for lost key sets - the key fobs from the building are expensive!) Please, no smoking in the condo. Smoking is OK on the balcony as long as the balcony door is shut & ashes are cleaned up. Unfortunately, there are not any pets allowed in the building or condo.
