The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay. Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (6 Guests). NO parties or events allowed! SECURITY: There is a exterior front doorbell camera for guest and host security that records video & audio upon motion. This is in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the camera. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home. VENDORS: ALL outside vendors must be approved by host QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500) EARLY CHECK IN? We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply) LATE CHECK OUT? Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled. MUSIC & SPEAKERS: The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. IS THE POOL HEATED? Yes! This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated your entire stay (exceptions for longer stays) Pool heat must be paid for in advance. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in as it can take up to 24 hours to fully heat. DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath & pool towels! DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair) NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. PETS? Dogs ok only with host approval. Pet fee will apply. This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises. This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations.
