Our vacation condo is family-owned and operated since 2001. Cleanliness and safety are most important to Alena & I. This two-bedroom two-bath condo is inside a gated complex with a security officer at the gate. Only authorized guests and their cars may enter the complex. Your car can be parked in front of our building. The pool is heated and open until 10. The tennis, volleyball & basketball courts are included. There is no resort fee. The washer & dryer are inside the condo. Free Wi Fi. The space This is a self-catered villa; there are starter sundries supplied, and then the guest may visit any of the many local markets to supplement or replace whatever they may need during the visit. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, each with its own bathroom, providing privacy to each bedroom. The Western View from the 3rd floor offers a nice sunset. The full-size washer & dryer are in the Condo, and the kitchen has a well-stocked collection of cookware and dishes, glasses, coffee cups, and utensils. Brand new air conditioning in September 2022. Please note that there is a RING video doorbell outside the front door of the condo. It monitors the common corridor on the exterior side of our entrance door. Toilet paper, paper towels, and assorted soap are provided at check-in, and self-catering after check-in. Guest access You are renting the complete condo. No one else is sharing the space inside with you. The parking lot is in front of the stairwell. There is a security guard checking identification at the entry gate 24 hours a day. When your reservation and identification is verified by the security officer, you will receive a pass for your car to use the returning guest's separate entry lane. The condo has an electronic door lock. On the afternoon of your check-in, we will provide you with the door code, and this code is changed for each guest, with past codes being deleted. WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE Airbnb ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE CONDO, NO ONE ELSE. If you have friends whom you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass. Guest's Government credentials are checked on arrival. Please contact us with any questions. Other things to note 1)Unless prior arrangements are discussed through the AirBnB message platform, We Authorize ONE (1) Gate Pass. Please do not ask for extra gate passes after you have already instant booked. This condo is on the third floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. 2) Trash must be in a plastic trash bag and placed in the bench next to the front door each morning. No loose trash is permitted. The fee applies if we have to pick out and bag any trash the guest placed loose onto the bench. 3) This is a self-catered condo. The guest has more responsibility than in a hotel. If you have never stayed in a privately owned villa, we suggest that you clarify any questions that you may have about this. 4) The guest is responsible for toilet blockages, therefore do not put any trash or toys or anything else that does not belong in a toilet into the toilet. 5) This condo is for the guests on the booking, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS 4, and THIS INCLUDES INFANTS. Outside visitors are not permitted to enter the resort on our guest's gate pass, or enter our condo if they are not part of the reservation. The Airbnb account holder will be charged $50 per person per night of the reservation for excess occupants. 6) If you are arriving in two cars, or have any special request, we need to know about this, AND APPROVE IT with AirBnB, before you make the reservation/instant booking.
