The 4-star duplex apartment "Hooge 2" can be reached via a separate entrance. It is located on the upper floor of the house and extends over 2 living levels. It is very spacious with its floor space of approx. 85 m². Two balconies complete this apartment: on the south balcony you can enjoy the the pure sun, the covered west balcony in the gable, which you can reach via the gallery, gives a view up to the pile dwellings on the beach. Here you can experience fantastic sunsets. Other things to note The 4-star duplex apartment "Hooge 2" is a spacious and tastefully furnished apartment that stretches over two floors and is reached via a separate entrance on the upper floor of the house. The apartment has a floor space of about 85 m² and thus offers enough space for up to 4 people. The two balconies, one facing south and the other facing west, are the highlight of the apartment. On the south balcony you can enjoy the sun and on the covered west balcony in the gable wall you can expect a breathtaking view of the stilt houses on the beach and spectacular sunsets. The space on the upstairs gallery is an insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet. In the living room you will find a cozy sofa corner combination, a wing chair with footstool and a large TV screen with DVD and CD player. The dining table offers space for social evenings and in the modern kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and baking. Oven with grill, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine and additional coffee pad machine, food processor, hand blender, extra quiet dishwasher, fridge with freezer and of course well-kept dishes - no wish is left unfulfilled here. Even in the cooler season, you will feel completely comfortable in this apartment. The high-quality tiled floor has a temperature control, as well as the modern bathroom with double washbasin, shelf for your utensils, toilet and shower cubicle. A hairdryer is provided. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), of course also with intervertebral mattresses and washable fitted sheets. One bedroom is located on the living level, the second can be reached via the gallery on the upper floor. On this floor there is another separate toilet with sink. A floor-to-ceiling large window in the sleeping area to the east lets in the first ray of sunshine. The view far above the marsh meadows is particularly impressive. In the winter months, you can admire thousands of geese descending on the meadows to forage from here. An additional large flat-screen TV in the upper bedroom, Wi-Fi enabled and operable via your mobile phone, leaves no room for boredom. The apartment also has a small storage room, which can be reached from the wardrobe. Cleaning utensils are well stowed here and your shoes also find their place here. All windows and patio doors have high-quality insect screens. For hygienic reasons, pets of any kind are not allowed, as is smoking in the apartment. The minimum rental period in the high season is 7 nights.
