The laundry is tucked behind louvered doors in the hallway. Off to the right of the main entry are two more bedrooms. The main master has a king bed. A second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share the full bath with dual sink vanity and large walk-in shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Roku TVs for streaming. Head up the stairs off the entry and find a great bunk room space. This makes a great kid's hangout space - two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, and lofted to below. Head down the spiral staircase and you are pool side! The large salt water pool will cool off the whole family. Grill at the outdoor kitchen. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 GATE PASSES TOTAL We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
