The private games lounge is a guest favorite, featuring a full-size pool table, air hockey, and foosball — perfect for relaxed evenings, family tournaments, or group bonding after a day outdoors. Step outside to enjoy a quiet lakeside setting just steps from a public boat launch and children’s playground. Guests can enjoy seasonal swimming, fishing, ice fishing, stargazing, and scenic waterfront drives toward Kingston. The Glenora Ferry provides convenient access to Prince Edward County’s beaches, wineries, and dining. Seasonally, two XL tandem sit-on-top kayaks are included for calm shoreline paddling (life jackets provided; use permitted in suitable weather conditions). ✨ Optional Upgrade When available, guests may request access to our Premium Play Haus located at our Prince Edward County property. Availability must be confirmed in advance. Ideal for multi-family stays, group retreats, and extended visits seeking space, entertainment, and a peaceful lakeview setting. Guest access Guests have private access to the main house, including all indoor living spaces and designated outdoor areas. The Premium Play Haus is located at our Prince Edward County (PEC) property and is not on-site at the Napanee home. Access to the Premium Play Haus is not automatically included with this booking. Guests may request access only if the PEC Premium Play Haus is available and must reserve it in advance. Availability is subject to existing bookings and scheduling. Any Premium Play Haus access, if approved, will be confirmed prior to arrival. Other things to note This home is located in a quiet, residential lakeside area. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and observe quiet hours, especially in the evening. The property is well suited for families, groups, extended stays, and work-related visits. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Outdoor features, lake access, fishing, ice fishing, and ferry services may be seasonal and weather-dependent. Views, access, and conditions can vary throughout the year. The Premium Play Haus is located at our Prince Edward County (PEC) property and is not on-site at the Napanee home.
