Bright Condo With Views & Easy CDA River Access

With incredible unobstructed mountain views and is adjacent to the Coeur D' Alene River, this updated, bright, well-appointed condo is located in a serene setting that is 5 minutes away from the Silver Mountain Gondola and Lookout Mountain is 20 minutes away. Take a dip in the hot tub just steps away from the condo. In summertime, take a dip in the beautiful, clear water. This condo is on the second floor and is flooded with warmth and light. Lots of flora and fauna in summer, too. The space Located just off Hwy 90, and Bunker Avenue, this second-floor condo is exceptionally clean, has outstanding views and is tastefully decorated. There are two TVs in the unit with Netflix and Roku and other streaming channels. There is a fully-stocked kitchen with Green Pan cookware, a washer and dryer and all of the comforts of home including a Keurig and a small coffee maker with provided coffee and teas. Silver Mountain is visible and incredible sunsets abound. The condo is south-facing and flooded with sunshine in the morning. This beautiful property and convenient location is neat the highway and is perfect for quick access. You will hear traffic when you are outside but the condo has been soundproofed and is extremely quiet inside. Guest access Self check-in and check-out with a lock box access. Condo is at the end of the road and is the building closest to the river on the second level. Guests will be given a code prior to check-in. Other things to note Please note: I only use eco-friendly products to clean the unit, save laundry detergent. It may sometimes smell a bit strong, but the products are the most-gentle I can find.
